I have worked in the mental health and substance abuse field for 35 years, both as a counselor and a nurse in addictions and co-dependency treatment. I work with anxiety, trauma, emotional and mental health issues. I was trained for three years by the Rochester Family Therapy Institute in relational and family therapy. As people are inherently part of family and community systems, I view the client within the context of group relationships. I have my national certification in homeopathy, CCH (Certified in Classical Homeopathy). This helps my holistic practice of picking a homeopathic remedy based on the view of the whole person. I started practicing homeopathy in the 1990’s with many wonderful teachers. Homeopathy is an energy medicine used to remove energy blocks that stop the smooth flow of energy through life.  These blocks can lead to physical, mental or emotional symptoms. I see the metaphysical side in many of my cases.  Things are NOT always what they seem.  I have my national certification in homeopathy. Many of my clients are taking medications, so we work with that.  I’m working with medically complex cases also.
Many of my clients desire the confidentiality that comes with a private practitioner.  I am not part of any group or community system and my records are completely confidential.
I work through telephone or Skype for my long distance clients, and bill through PayPal.
